The Waikoloa Village Outdoor Circle is a non-profit community organization dedicated to improving and maintaining the aesthetics of our community.
We welcome new members and gratefully accept donations through our Water Angels program. This program specifically raises money for the water bill and maintenance of the median on Waikoloa Road.
