Hawaii County Tsunami response - Last week's Chilean Earthquake launched a tsunami toward the State of Hawaii. Emergency and volunteer services were ready. Learn about how Civil Defense, The American Red Cross, The Humane Society and The Medical Reserve Cops respond to an emergency. Ask your questions. Help keep your family and neighbors safe in an emergency.
