The 2010 Nominations & Elections “Candidates Forum” will be held from 6:30-8:30PM on Thursday, March 18, at Spikes Waikoloa Clubhouse. The meeting will begin promptly due to the number of candidates. No alcohol will be allowed during the meeting.
Come meet & greet the 10 candidates who are running for the WVA Board of Directors. Five positions need to be filled, and your vote is important.
The meeting is hosted by the Nominations & Elections Committee members:
Moderator: Bob Joseph
Timer: Jim Albone
Helper: Margaret Tigue
Each candidate will deliver a 2-minute introduction about themselves, followed by questions from the Nominations and Elections Committee, and then followed by questions from the audience, and finally a closing statement by each candidate. There will be a 10-minute break to collect questions from the audience for the candidates. Additionally, there will be “mingle” time at the end of the meeting so you can personally talk to a candidate.
The Annual Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, April 10, at 10:00a.m. at Spikes Waikoloa Clubhouse restaurant. |
