~ COVID-19 Modified Pool Rules ~
Facility Entry:
- All Individuals waiting to enter the Aquatic Center must maintain safe-distance and wear masks.
- All individuals entering the Aquatic Center must sanitize hands prior to checking in.
- Swimmers are requested to please come to the pool SWIM READY to limit the individuals in the restroom facilities.
- Due to limits set by the County and State, the Aquatic Center now will have a maximum capacity of 50 people.
While in the Facility:
- All individuals are required to exercise social-distancing. Non-related individuals must maintain a minimum of 6ft social-distance.
- Movement of any lounge chairs must have the approval of the Pool Attendant and done by the Pool Attendant.
- Masks are required in the Restrooms
While Swimming or Participating in a WVA Sponsored Activity:
- Swimmers while in the pool must maintain social-distancing requirements unless in a family group,
- Lap Swimmers should maintain safe distancing from other swimmers.
- If undergoing swimming instruction other than by a family member, the instructor must wear a mask
WVA reserves the right to refuse entry/use of the facility by any individual or member should it determine that an individual is not complying with safety guidelines or if the number of users is greater than that which safety procedures can be exercised.
WVA reserves the right to amend these procedures at any time to comply with any governmental regulation.
