The HOA dues for the Waikōloa Village Association are $1050.00 for 2024.

Payment of Dues, while due on January 1, 2023, must be received by January 31, 2024. As in years past, members may choose to split the payment of their Annual Membership Due by making a payment of 50% or $525.00 in January 2024 and the remaining $525.00 in July 2024.

 

Please note, however, that for those members choosing to take advantage of splitting their dues into two payments, the Board of Directors has approved the addition of a $10.00 service fee to be added to cover the additional administrative cost for handling the split payments and issuance of a second set of amenity cards. The $10.00 fee will be assessed upon receipt of your 1st payment made in January and will be due payable with your July statement and payment.

 

Your HOA dues may be paid by cash, check or credit card at the WVA Administration Office during normal business hours. You may also pay online by clicking here. If you decide to make a payment at the WVA office, please be prepared to possibly have to wait in the event other members are making their payment at the same time.  Check payments can also be mailed to the WVA Office or sent via the deposit envelope accompanying your account statements.  We do not accept payments over the phone.

You can get a replacement card or new cards for your tenants by filling out this form. Note cards are now automatically renewed year on year and no longer need to be requested at the start of each year. There is a $25 replacement fee for the replacement of existing renewable cards.

Professionally prepared signs of customary and reasonable dimension may be displayed on any lot advertising it, together with any improvements located thereon, or advertising model homes for sale or lease.

 

ALL OTHER SIGNS, BILLBOARDS, OR ADVERTISING STRUCTURES OF ANY KIND ARE PROHIBITED EXCEPT UPON APPLICATION TO AND WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM THE ECC COMMITTEE.

Each lot, whether occupied or unoccupied and any improvements placed thereon, shall at all times be maintained in good and clean condition and in such manner as to prevent it from becoming unsightly, unsanitary, or a hazard to health.

All roads in the Waikōloa Village Association are owned by the County. Please visit the Highway Maintenance section of the Public Works Department.

Malfunctioning traffic signals and broken stop signs are considered emergency repairs. Please call 808-961-8341 between 7:30am - 4:00pm. After hours, call the Police at 808-935-3311.
