2025 WVA HOA Dues Payment
Use this option to make a payment towards your WVA Dues between $1.00 - $5,000.
Late payment assessment:
- Finance charge: 0.833% on monthly outstanding balances.
- $25.00 penalty in February 2025 for the first half of unpaid HOA dues.
- An additional $25.00 penalty in July 2025 for the second half of unpaid HOA dues, if applicable.
