The first step to building a new home in The Village is to request a New Home Packet (NHP) from the WVA. The NHP contains all of the information and forms that you will need to help guide you through the ECC’s new home review and approval process.
As as an owner, you are responsible for making sure that all of your contractors abide by the WVA’s Covenants, ERIS and ECC review and approval procedures. It is highly recommended that members obtain this packet before they engage an architect or start their new home project. At this time, the packet is not available online.
