Payments are due no later than January 31, 2026 to avoid late fees and penalty.

The HOA dues for the Waikōloa Village Association are $1,120.00 for 2026. Payments received after February 15th will incur a .833% late fee on remaining balances each month until paid.

 

Payment of Dues, while due on January 1, 2026, must be received by January 31, 2026. Members may choose to split the payment of their Annual Membership Dues by making a payment of 50% or $560.00 in January 2026 and the remaining *$570.00 in July 2026.

 

*Please note: The Board of Directors has approved the addition of a $10.00 service fee to be added to cover the additional administrative cost for handling the split payments and issuance of a second set of amenity cards. The $10.00 fee will be assessed upon receipt of your 1st payment made in January and will be due payable with your July statement and payment.
