If paying by check, please be sure to note your lot number/member ID number on your check payment.
Payments are due no later than January 31, 2026 to avoid late fees and penalty.
The HOA dues for the Waikōloa Village Association are $1,120.00 for 2026. Payments received after February 15th are subject to a .833% late fee on remaining balances each month until paid.
Members may choose to split the payment of their Annual Membership Dues by making a payment of 50% or $560.00 in January 2026 and the remaining *$570.00 in July 2026.
Second half of annual dues, due July 1, 2026, must be received by (July 31, 2026).
*Please note: If you choose to split your payment, it may be subject to a $10.00 service fee to be added to cover the additional administrative cost for handling the split payments.
